After midnight, she grabbed her coat, mits and hat, then she went outside. Feeling the winter breeze on her face, she walked briskly, as if somebody was following her. The stars were looking down at her. "Where was I going?" she asked herself. Nowhere. She lay down on the grass. Breathed deep. She stared at the stars, memorizing their patterns. She slowly closed her eyes. That has been her happiest.
